I am only drinking 6 servings per day. I am also cutting the maple syrup down to 1 1/2T per serving (instead of 2) to lose more weight. That would explain why my bottle lasts 4 days. Sorry for misleading you. I get the maple syrup at Whole Foods. Either way I figure I am saving money just because I am not eating any real food.
