Hello, how are you? I did the cleanse again. I think I am getting a lot out of this experience! (Joke!)... I plan to cleanse more often, maybe once a month, because prevention is better than cure.
There weren't any large stones, but there were a few the first time I went to the bathroom in the morning. That means I still have some cleansing to do.
I am also asking my Dad if he would like to try it.
