Amen! thanks for posting this again since I feel it is good not to set yourself up with expectations which are not realistic. I did lose weight and for the most part have kept it off, but my emphasis was to bring my body's digestion and elimination back into alignment. I still use the lemonade because it is the tastiest CAYENNE delivery system...ggg. I feel like the cayenne's healing has benefited me the most and that will keep me coming back for more!
