Has anyone been on the fast long term? How long can one stay on the fast? I was planning to be on it for 90 days or until all the pain from Fibromyalgia and excess weight is gone, a size 10. I was a size 24 and my clothes are fitting loser. I have been going through a healing crisis for 7 days, I have been sick to my stomach and tired. I use a Chi Machine 15 minutes 1-3x's aday . I drink 2-3 quarts of water with salt. Any suggestions for relief. I am starting Areobic 07 in the water for bacteria. I take Smooth Move tea 2x a day.
