good that you found the strength to go a few more days...

now that you know you can do that, hold off and break by the book. There is a method to the madness.

One way that I know the Master-Cleanse has worked and I have gone long enough is when I am in complete control and don't cheat or feel like cheating,being able to just shrug off the temptations , cravings and urges.

Master yourself, and take care of your freshly cleaned body...
