You may want to include lemonade for the next day or so. Just remember to keep hydrated, so your eliminations will continue. A little bit of vegees shouldn't hurt you, but they may make you a bit more "uncomfortable". If you eat more solids, even a salad tomorrow, be sure to chew thoroughly to help your stomach digest them easier.

Keep up the good work! You were just ahead of me, and gave a lot of encouragement!
