Hello, I too am on The Master Cleanse as I have just quit smoking. This is the second time for me and the first
time I smoked while cleansing. Which is why I am cleansing again, after making a consious effort to quit smoking
this time round the cleansing feels great. Its mind over matter. Try quitting before you start the cleanse.

I have a question, is chewing Sugar free gum okay while cleansing?
