> I was looking at the type o food list and for some foods the letters "an" are listed, instead of "A", "N","O","B", etc. Just wondered what it meant...it's not listed in the abrev. key.


AN = Avoid/Neutral

"Avoid" if you have any health problem or want to loose weight,
"Neutral" if you are healthy

Same rule is for NB = Neutral/Beneficial, = beneficial if you are healthy...
