It`s common sense about water.....as we are made up of lots of it.
Why don`t the doctors know this, so they can tell their patients to drink lots of it.
Although I do drink other drinks...I drink lots of water too. And if I don`t, I don`t feel so good.
Drink water for all health problems....
And drink BEFORE you are thirsty.
