I was so motivated by your post about being exercise buddies that I got on the treadmill and did 1.5 miles instead of 1/2 mile! Thanks for your support! Great job getting to the gym.

I live in a small town and have to drive quite a ways if I wanted to use a gym, so we bought a treadmill, nordic track and bowflex to use at home. My son uses them more than the rest of us combined, but that's about to change!

Keep it up, and I'll check in tomorrow.
