I'm on day one too of a 21-40 day cleanser.
I did a 40 day one last May and I lost about 35lb it was great, keep it off for most of the year and I gained most of it back during the holidays, stress and drinking too much vino.

Oh well....life! Here we go again back to the cleaning. I like to take of the 40 lb and when I'm done keep it off.
