I am a vegetarian, I'm a treeplanter in the summers, so I manage to keep fit, but the whole cigarette smoking thing. I know it is a disgusting habit and while I am on the cleanse I don't smoke, but as soon as I am finished it, I'm puffing away. If only I could quit.
