I always find my skin/complexion to be great on the MC-
completely hydrated-
I live in Los Angeles, but stay out of the sun-
Don't really use sun-block, as I find that I ALWAYS break out from it.

I wish I could help-

An acidic body is not good-
You mentioned that this is your 13th day, and that you are 45-
Why are you going longer than 10 days-
Do you suffer from some chronic illness, or allergy, or are you
doing this for it's weight loss benefits?

If none of the above pertain to you, I'd listen to my body and stop-
Perhaps you've gone long enough???

I have been doing Master Cleanses since 2001-(I'm 37)
I now try to do them every 6 months-
but only for 10 days-
and that's perfect for me-

But everyone is different-
and everyone has their reasons for doing it-
What's your's?
