I am new to the sight(WONDERFUL! Have already told friends) got here via the body flexers support group sight (thanks all -especially Heather!) But I am confused. Can you take the Salt with/in the water or should you put it in capsules or does it matter? I will be checking, so someone with the (correct please) knowledge please let me know. Thank you!!
