Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this. Maybe someone could point me to the right one. A few years ago, I remember reading a post on Curezone about eating just brown rice to clean out the intestines. I've already done a search and can't seem to find it. Can someone point me to the link or tell me how that brown rice cleanse works. I'm on day 5 of a 10-day master cleanse and after I get off of it, I'm going to try the brown rice cleanse if I can figure out how that works.
