Dear Sir/Madam

I am from India and am suffering from Exopthalmic Goiter due to hyperthyroidism. I didnt know what to eat and what to avoid. Doctor gave me an idea to avoid iodised salt and cabbage. I would be glad if you mention what to eat clearly in such conditions. My Blood group is B Positive and am asian in descent.
