Ok I could use some advice. I was not able to stay on the cleanse because of my kidneys acting up. However , I liked the fact that the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) allowed me to clean out the bowels. I was wondering - would it be odd for me to take the tea at night and the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning and eat my normal healthy Diet the rest of the day. I dont want to do this on a regular basis , but I thought perhaps a few times a month might be good. Has anyone else tried this?
