and yeh i support my personal experience and choices by refering to the book as a guide where it lists the swf and tea as helpers for elimination. they can help you from feeling like total crap if you are not eliminating enough on your own. or if you are like me you will feel like total crap from the swf because you can fit the volume in your stomach. s.b. states to use both of those things to avoid getting detox sick. think! do you think it would be a good idea to take 3 teas if 1 was working? or continue to do the swf even though it makes you ill even if you felt fine before doing it?
