I have heard that the Master-Cleanse can be used to get rid of your craving for sweets/sugar, so putting it back in doesn't sound like a good idea.

Besides, there is a lot of controversy about the potential bad health issues of splenda and apertame (in "sugar-free" gums). If you're cleaning out your body like you say, you probably shouldn't be consuming those anyway.
