Hi All...

I'm on day 42 of a projected 45 dayer...

I thought I would have been cleaned out by now, but just eliminated a 4 inch long rope or whatever you want to call it -all one icky slimey piece. Thought it was just pulp and stuff strung together, yet it didn't have any cayenne in it!(that's how you can tell) It had cayenne around it though and I am truly convinced that the cayenne especially is what dislodged it. I've done about a dozen MCs and never saw anything like this. Ever! I've eliminated 1/4 inch chunks and that's it. I may go another 10 days...

I am,by U.S. standards , a very healthy eater;no meat , chicken, very, very ,very little dairy, very little sugar, lot's of organic,fiber,homemade breads,juices,etc... This is the longest Master-Cleanse I have ever done. It has been a breeze(followed the program,other than a tad more cayenne), and when I see something like that come out of me , then it becomes even easier! I know there is more...

I didn't do the swf flush yesterday morning(tea instead) . I think that has something to do with it. I think the cayenne really works on the colon at night and whenever it is left in. I noticed that my pee was a lot more colorful during the day and I attribute that to not doing the swf. The toxins have to get out somehow.
They really do come out...so important to drink as much lemonade as you can and lots of water!!!!!!

I share this primarily to illustrate that there is stubborn sludge lurking and it took years,hell, DECADES for it to settle in. Thus, don't expect to be squeeky clean after 1,2 10,etc...cleanses. I am reading up on other cleanses that I can do,and intend to make this an on going mission. I have never done liver, parasite,etc or anything else other than Master-Cleanse and water fast. I am a bit overwhelmed with all that there is out there to do and all the different approaches...geeze, I could spend the rest of my life just reading...

I am throwning out a simple request of who is the author or what is the book of choice for cleansing. Basically I'd like a vote...I'm not going to throw any names out...just anxious to hear your choices. Thanks a bunch, I really appreciate your help.
