Hi!

I'm not really into enemas...I do reverse enemas. Apple juice, beet juice, and oj work great for me and really flush me out. Perhaps there is something that will work for you ...I never do that during MC, I use the swf...

What do you mean by 'not quite right? Please explain...

The salt water flush works great for most. Takes a bit of getting used to
or refining what works best for you , though I have great success.

Unless one is really unhealthy or has serious problems, I wouldn't do an enema.
I personally believe that the body is 'watertight' for a reason. I know many swear by enemas so I can not profess to be an expert. For me the Master-Cleanse cleans fine. You may have to have a few under your belt to get the full benifits.
