For me personally the challenge is that I am truly HUNGRY once I start eating. Yes, the small meals are great but just three hours or so later my stomach starts growling loudly and painfully and drinking a glass of juice doesn't seem to stop the hunger.

Another weird thing is that this time around it was much harder than after my 25 day fast. No idea why.

Anyway, happy to be back on a regular schedule and counting my calories. A little bit tedious but that way at least I know what I am eating and how much I am eating and still have total control... :-)

Looking forward to welcoming my parents home tomorrow. What a difficult two weeks it has been!
