I agree!!! I went off my 10 day cleanse 2 days ago. Tomorrow will be my 3rd day off. The cleanse itself made it alot easier to stay away from things that did harm to me. I went off the cleanse and basically screwed it all up. As of now im suffering headaches, heartburn, hiccups, sorethroat, ear ache, feeling of toxic blood, and joint&muscle pain. Definately keep it by the book even if you think your superman or superwoman.
