I had big plans before I started the Master-Cleanse but now that I am on Day 6 I am starting to reconsider since this is my first fast since many, many years ago. I didn't feel very well today so I will see how tomorrow goes and if I feel better I will continue, if not I will end after 10 days and start again in 10 days. I am impressed with the 9 pounds of weight that I have lost, but I need to lose a lot more, which is why I might take a short break and start again. I agree with you, let our bodies talk to us and tell us when to stop.
