As you know, I stopped at day 12. But since my tongue never turned pink, I feel like I am still not cleansed. I am waiting 10 to 12 days and I am going to do a liver flush. They suggest after the Liver Flush to do a Colon Cleanse again (the Liver Flush releases toxins back into the bloodstream from the liver). So then, after I recoup from the liver flush, I am going to do another MC; this time going until my tongue is pink. I have been eating 100% raw the last two days since I stopped the Master-Cleanse and I feel like I am still cleansing. And I lost another pound. I was hungry from day one and started on smoothies and coconut macaroons that I dehydrated and I did just fine. Day 2 I had a smoothie and I made cacao Ice Cream with frozen bananas, almonds, avacodo and soaked dates. No problem again. Just some suggestions. You have to decide what is right for you.
