Day 5 here.

Yesterday i read on here that the lemon is bad for your enamel on your teeth. I started thinking about this and realized that the maple syrup probably gives cavities too.

So, does everyone brush their teeth after each Master-Cleanse drink?

Or maybe a mouthwash is sufficient?

I really want to grow old with these teeth. But also, I have a hard time brushing more than once or twice a day... I am thinking about changing over to a juice fast (carrot juice etc.) .... FOR MY TEETH...
