hawaii - castor oil packs are cotton pads soaked in cstor oil and then placed over parts of the body along with a heat pad to increase circulation and stimulate cleansing. Edgar Cayce recommended them for many disorders.

ren - i have never used castor oil packs tho recently i have been thinking about it. have you done it before and what kind of results did you get?
