Ooh, I love this post!

I also am doing the cleanse for weight loss, but it's more than that. I have 50-60 lbs to lose and I have terrible eating habits that got me to this point. I want to come out of this cleanse with a clean, healthier body and hopefully no desire to eat the junk I used to eat before. I want to learn discipline, that I don't have to eat whenever it strikes my fancy. I want clear skin! And last of all I want to rid myself of my chronic sinus trouble and finally be able to smell again!
