I really can't answer to the proper way. I have read so many conflicting opinions. But I can say that I had much better results doing it right after my MC, with just the addition of apple juice for 2 days before, than I did this time. I have read several posters saying you should wait, but the next time I do this, it will be immediately before and after my fast.

All I can suggest is that you read up on the different opinions, and see how you feel.
