Ditto the back pain but didn't get it until day 4. The book suggests 2tsp per litre/ quart of water but I have been adding a bit more because it is the rough sea-salt and sometimes doesn't disolve completely. Apparently the salt water is harmless and it will all come out eventually....either way.
