Yesterday was my 2nd day and I had leg pain and back pain. Legs don't hurt today, but back is sore. Getting better as time goes on, though. I've thought it was strange because it didn't happen on past 2 fasts. I'm assuming it will go away.

Did you use enough salt? If I try to skimp on the salt it takes longer to work and my stomach feels very full until it does.
