Hey all, if anyone can give me some advice here I would really appreciate it. This is my first time on the master cleanse.

Last night I had a lot of pain in my lower back (kidneys?) and legs, while I was sleeping. I drank the laxative tea last night, and did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning, but only a trickle came out. I feel really full, and it has been almost 4 hours.

I am fine with adding some juice or broth, if it will make the wierd lowerback (internal) pain go away. Does anyone have any advice?
