Yes, you can do the swf at night if you need to. Wait until your last lemonade has cleared your stomach and go for it!

Do you do the New Improved SWF? It only took me 4 years to figure out I could do this! lol

Dissolve 2 tsp. uniodized Sea Salt in 1 cup drinkably hot water

Have 3 cups plain water standing by

Chug as much salt mixture as you can, chase with fresh. Chug and chase til ALL water is consumed. VOILA! A lot easier than chugging a full quart of salt water!!!

Another option is to do a plain water enema, much easier to control than the swf, which is definitely not for the commute!!

How important? Critical. You want to keep your colon APRIL FRESH every day you fast, to help the body take out the garbage and avoid detox crises!
