Although everyone is different, that sounds like plenty of time to me. I'm sure someone around these parts can give more accurate info, but I thought you should break the fast in half as many days as the fast itself. So after a 10 day fast, you should break over the course of the next 5 days. If you break on the 11th, then you'll be 'normal'....a couple days before your trip on the 17th. I can only speculate that you won't be able to drink as much alcohol as you normally would- you'll be the lightweight of the bunch :)
