Joy, It's not that i don't like the protocol on this site (i've never done the Clark Method), but my health food store nutritionist says i may not have to go through all that because they provide a liver cleanse in a bottle.... He also gave me a Colon Cleanse bttl which i've been using right after the MC. (They are capsules of Senna powder and psyllium husk powder).
Same thing, he told me i can drink the stuff (like the p&b shakes), or take the less distastfull route and take the capsule. Seemed like a no-brainer

The other site (link you sent) seems the same but they recommend using gold coin grass before the flush to break up stones..
They are still using the olive oil, lemon or grapefruit method..
there is alot to read there and i admit i haven't read it all, but is there something I'm missing?
