I am about to start day 4 of the Master-Cleanse and really dislike the cayneene pepper, what is the minimum amount you can use? Also, I am only doing the laxative teas morning and night (live overseas and cant find the Sea Salt at the moment) I am having 3-4 BM each day but not much is coming out. Is this normal for day 3-4??
