Here I go again. A glutton for punishment I guess. The never ending battle of disciplining my monkey mind. But I wouldn't do it if I didn't know what awaited me on the other end...This will be number 3 in 3 years. I know I can do it, so why I am nervous???


Loaded with lemons and maple syrup. Day 1 Starts....... NOW.


Quick question: I might be a bit hypoglycemic considering my weakness and fatigue on my last fasts, do any "Master" Cleansers have any words of wisdom, encouragement, advice....
