I was away from the computer yesterday, so I am just catching up. I was surprised to see your post, because I had a similar day. No movement from the tea or flush, and a VERY emotional day! I WAS in tears off and on all day and extremely grouchy and emotional. I am glad to say that my emotions are more stable today (aside from feeling bad about my attitude yesterday), and am hoping for a more "productful" day.

Hope your Day 8 is going better, too!
