Greetings - My husband and I have been on the cleanse for 3 days now. On day 2, I got a terrible migraine and my blood pressure sky rocketed. My husband was concerned at the risks of high blood pressure and begged me to take my medication - I gave in and took the pills because I was in too much pain. The odd thing is prior to the cleanse, I only had very mild hypertension if any at all. I didn't struggle this badly. Is this part of the detoxing? Any suggestions? Thanks!
