Well - yesterday I began to wonder if there was anything left in me to come out - as there wasn't anything of significance. Then today after I did the SWF, nothing has come out - and it's now been over 2 hours since I did it. Has this happend to anyone? I'm feeling very emotionally on edge today as well... does anyone have suggestions? Does this mean that there is a major thing going to come out of me? Is my emotional state attached to this? I feel like if I just let go and have a good cry that might help... but would love to hear if this has happend to anyone or if you have any suggestions?
