Hi I'm also on day five of the cleanse. I am living on a military base overseas, so I really feel isolated. Oh yeah, my home is in Hawaii, I have lived there for over 22 years. I am having an okay time on the cleanse; I told my husband what I was doing and it helps to have his support, even though he thinks I am nuts. I have adopted alot of tricks to fool my brain and stomach. First of all, after three days of the horrible taste from cayenne pepper (I hate hot stuff), I bought the capsules. At first yuk, I soon realized that the heat was 100,000. So I opened up the capsules and dumped 2/3 out. I'm up to 1/2 now. I put the lime/lemon in my vitamixer with a little water and alot of ice and make a "Master Margarita". I have a few more things that I do to make the cleanse alot easier if you want to hear them?
