Hi! I'm only 1 day ahead. I've also lost weight on previous MC's and put most of it back on after keeping it off with a high raw diet. I think the yo-yo weight gain/loss cycle is much harder on the body/heart than losing quickly.

I'm going to go back to high-raw for maintenance and continued loss. Keep us posted!

Congrats for making it this far; you WILL succeed!
