hi everyone,

i'm just about to start the master cleanse. i've used it a few times before and i'm aiming for a twenty day fast this time. my question to you all is what is the best type of Colon Cleanse and should i do a Bowel Cleanse first?? i'm new to most of this stuff and would love some sound advise as to where i should start.
