Thanks for posting your feelings! It's so nice to be able to be honest about how we feel! You have been a big encouragement to me (and others, too), and I hope you stay with it. You ARE making progress, probably in ways you can't measure. Your body knows what it's doing, and there may be something it is giving attention to that you can't see. You've made a great start, and I hope you'll hang in there...
