I've searched through past posts, & I can't find anyone w/ a similar problem, so I was hoping someone out there could help me out... I've had Acne since I moved to a humid climate for college. That was about 6 years ago. I've had several prescriptions (some that help--but are VERY dangerous & have crazy side effects), & I've also been on proactiv for a year (so don't reccommend that...)! I was hoping the Master-Cleanse would help get rid of it naturally by flushing out all the bad stuff and on and on.

Anywho, I'm on day 6 of the MC, & I've noticed my Acne has not gone away and seems to be getting worse. I'm hoping (crossing my fingers) that it's the toxins coming out of my pores that were already bacteria infected or something. I'm AFRAID that it's not that, and it's actually something in the drink that could make it worse??? Really hoping that's not it. If anyone knows, could you help me out... Maybe someone else out there has been plagued w/ bad skin that's cleared up or something. Any help would be appreciated!!!

One more question i have is related to cayenne. I found an organic cayenne POWDER at my local health food store that I like much better than the house PEPPER I was using (the pepper was grainy & gross & choked me up)! Well, my question is for anyone in the know about ?capsicum? I think the health food store called it... I ended up buying capsicum w/ 90,000 heat units. Not sure what that means??? They also have another w/ 45,000 heat units that I saw today when I bought more lemons. Which is better? Any ideas??? Do heat units matter? AND is there any significant difference between the powder v. pepper?
