Hi Dana,

I'm just going for the 10 cleanse. So far so good! I feel a little foggy, crampy and tired this morning, but otherwise I feel fine! Its a nice feeling to think that I'm almost 1/2 way through. I'm glad the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) worked this morning. It was nice to get some stuff out. I had a slight headache the first day, but I realized I did not get enough water that day so I am making sure I'm drinking plenty of water at work and in the evening.
