Juicing does not break up the sludge that lines the colon as many juices when digested turn slimey and slide right through, leaving the old crud untouched. I think a good diet(lots of fiber) and an occasional cleanse is sufficient.

Changing fasts in midstream will rarely yield optimum results. Stick to one fast.
If you do you will have all the energy you need...at least I do...
