I hear you... I'm struggling this afternoon as well... keep thinking about things that are total junk to eat... it's just in my head though. Don't feel physically hungry at all really. My head is also starting to hurt and my energy is quite low. Irritable is definitely a word for it! I feel like I could have a nap at my desk!

Well I'm going to go get some fresh air and see if that helps.
