Thanks, That's exactly what it is. I do try to stir down the juice but it's almost impossible. I've been adding just a little extra to compensate for the froth. but juicing saves time and also seems to use more of the lemon as opposed to squeezing the lemon. I never get all the juice out of the lemon when I squeeze it.
I also did an incomplete series of high colonics in December and wondering if maybe that's why I'm not having the 2/3 bowel movements. I had 6 colonics and then went away for the holidays and never completed them when I returned. I figured too much time had passed for it to be completely effective. Do you think this might have something to do with the reason this cleanse doesn't seem to have such a strong effect on me right now?
