Thanks for the recipe. Any idea how many that serves? It seems like alot of soup. Also, I'm wondering if tomato paste and white wine is alright to use so soon after coming off the fast. Neither of those ingredients are mentioned on the book so I'm wondering if either would have an adverse affect on the body so soon after breaking?
